For clients seeking to recruit staff, the information we may gather includes: name, current address, contact information, details about the family and residence, job role and description, preferences, and specifications regarding the desired candidate.


We gather information about you through various channels, including when you register with us, visit our website, participate in interviews either in person or through communication channels like phone, email, or SMS. Additionally, data may be obtained from third-party sources such as public job boards where positions are advertised or social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Following the processing of your information, it is transferred to and stored within our secure database/CRM system, which is hosted in the UK. We have implemented suitable physical, electronic, and managerial protocols to ensure the protection and security of this information.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION? We will maintain your information for the duration of your candidacy or client relationship with us. This encompasses retaining your data even after securing employment or suspending your search, as you may re-engage with us for future needs. Additionally, certain data may need to be retained for up to 7 years to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. After this period, if there has been no significant communication, we may review and delete your information.




To access the information we hold about you, please send an email to specifying the details you wish to access. We may request verification of your identity. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you within one month, along with the reasons for our inability to do so.


If you find that the information we hold is inaccurate, please promptly inform us so that we can rectify any discrepancies. We will cease processing the incorrect information until it has been amended and will notify you once the correction has been made.


You possess the right to request the deletion of your information. Upon your request, all information we hold about you will be permanently erased, unless legal obligations mandate the retention of certain data or if there are safeguarding concerns. For instance, the Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 stipulates the retention of job-seeking records for at least one year from creation or after the last provision of our services to you.


The deletion of your information entails the cessation of your access to our services. Should you desire to register again in the future for job-seeking purposes, you will need to undergo the complete registration process anew, including interviews, submission of all necessary documents and information, and reference checks.


You are entitled to request the transfer of your information to another data controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

We are dedicated to promptly disclosing any personal data breaches that could potentially compromise your rights and freedoms, enabling you to take necessary actions.
