Candidate Criteria to register with Us

Criteria for Nannies and Nursery Staff

  • A minimum of 2 years of childcare experience, with strong references.

  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in childcare or a related field (for nursery staff).

  • A demonstrable passion for early childhood education and development.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • CPR and first aid certifications.

  • A clear DBS check (UK) or an equivalent enhanced background check.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, as required by the families.

Criteria for Governesses

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in education, child development, or a relevant field.

  • Proven experience as a governess or private tutor.

  • In-depth knowledge of various curriculum frameworks and strong lesson planning skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children of all ages.

  • Fluency in English and potentially another language (depending on family needs).

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • A clear DBS check (UK) or an equivalent enhanced background check.
